In this poem, the poet has to go to Germany & his wife , Anne More does not want to allow him. The poet makes her understand that just as the sun sets in the Evening & rises again in the Morning in the same way, I will also come to you with more speed that the sun. He says that man's power is feeble(weak) because he can't recall his past hours. He tell her not to shed tears because that takes his soul away.
At last, he says that people, who are in each other's heart never separates. John Donne was sad for his beloved. Such a great Metaphysical poet died in 1631.
